“The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. ”

“Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights and had the most fantastic experience! The hospitality was outstanding—so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pristine, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and a lovely start to each day. Parking was also really easy, which made everything so convenient. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Bacoli!”
