This welcoming farmhouse surrounded by nature will make you fall in love immediately: the large infinity pool and the belvedere, from which it takes its name, to relax in front of the lush Pesaro hills.

Casale Belvedere has a large well-kept garden full of cool shaded areas. From the porch equipped with comfortable sofas and the kitchen with an oven for outdoor dinners, you enter the villa with a modern and rustic flavor at the same time: a large living room with a fireplace and a very bright dining area, the kitchen with a peninsula and, still a ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor there is a second sleeping area with parquet flooring and a bathroom with shower. The 2 bedrooms on this floor consist of one double and one with a bunk bed for 3 people: double in the lower part and single in the upper part.
A third bathroom is located in the pool area.

The Casale is located 5 minutes by car from the charming village of Monteciccardo, with its farms renowned for the production of wine and oil, and only 15 minutes from Fano, Pesaro, and the beaches of the Adriatic coast; for an evening of exploration of the sky, the Balì Museum with the Astronomical Observatory are just 15 minutes away.
