"We stay at The Railway hotel at least once a year. It is the most Lovely hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful, food and drinks are excellent. We stay in one of the family rooms on the ground floor. It is silent, clean and very well designed with a separate room with bunk beds for the children. The location is also perfect, a short walk from the city center, close to trains and busses and also close to parking and a well sorted grocery store."

"The room wasn't clean. There were hairs left in the window sill from previous visitors, and a pair of dusty swimming trunks on an bathroom shelf. The hotel felt very outdated and dark. The heated pool and steam room was a really nice feature, but I found a bug in the sink in the changing room. The bar staff was very friendly, but food could have been better. We had a room for a family but still had to ask for glasses, mugs and teas for everyone, as well as extra toilet paper. There was very little storage despite a reasonably sized bedroom. We will not be staying here again. "
