“We had an amazing time at Patrick's villa. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the pool, as well as playing pool in the house. The walk up the hill is intense but if you are anble-bodied and fairly fit, it is doable! Haad Yao is our favorite beach on the island, so we were happy to have this private space so close by. Would love to return someday! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....
