“Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und einsam in den Bergen der Toskana. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien dort und die Lage erlaubte es, auch abends draußen sitzen zu können ohne jemanden zu stören. Es gab mehrere Sitzgruppen im Freien und es war möglich an einer großen Sitzreihe gemeinsam zu essen. Dies ging auch im Haus sehr gut. Der Pool war toll! “Old but typical house on 3 levels with wonderful view on the Tuscany country. House situated in a beautiful and quiet small village with a good trattoria on the small piazza at 50m. Situation of the house was perfect to discover Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, San Gimignano, Chianti countryside... One and a half hour drive to La Spezia where you can take the express train to the small villages of Cinqueterre. Regarding the house, nothing was missing. Equipment old but functional. Beds were confortable...

“There was only 3 of us staying so we had more room than we needed. The villa is set out on 5 floors so a fair few steps involved. At the bottom there was a loung and kitchen. The other floors are bedroom. They are themed bedrooms with pictures etc. from the owners collection. Very impressive. There are a lot of step and it's not geeared for the less mobile. but the terrace is lovely, cool and breezy when we went. Great to sit out of an evening, with mozzie protection!Aircon is all bedrooms but...

The view from the terrace is breathtaking and we soaked it up every morning for breakfast before we explored the area and at night with a colorful aperitivo and fresh food you can find all over the area in little market stands and which makes every dinner on the porch a real plesure!
