“We had an excellent stay in this wonderful villa ! The villa is located in a quiet, secluded spot ideal for a relaxing vacation. The view is magnificent over the mountains.The interior of the villa is very spacious with very large bedrooms. The decoration is authentic, adding to the charm of the property. “A modern spacious high standard villa with all the necessities. We stayed 3 weeks, me and my husband and our dogs. Our two boys with girlfriends were visiting us for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable and warm even in Mallorca winter season. Sunny location all day in February . Nice restaurant s and grocery stores in walking distance.”

“We had a lovely wedding with our closest friends and family at this beautiful location. Perfect vacation for friends who have never been to mallorca, as they could put in the coordinates in google maps and easily drive there from the airport. Ses salines is such a cozy old town and there are a lot of places to visit around, such as es trenc, santanyi Yves is a great landlord, making sure we could see the house beforehand and plan our visit. “The Finca needs a restoration and a clean up. We expected much more as it was quite expensive. We had to buy kitchenglasses and cups ourselves. The sunbeds were broken, so we only had 7, after 4 days we got 5 more, but they were still dirty. The armchairs in the livingroom are also very dirty. The aircondition in one of the rooms didn’t work, water was running down the wall from the machine. Can’t recommend this finca as it is now, not to that price. ”

“We had a fantastic week in the house. Plenty of room for two families and great facilities at the property as the lovely garden with fresh oranges and lemons, the tennis court and pool. We also really enjoyed the big terrace and the toys for the kids to enjoy. Excellent host with quick and clear communication made the stay a true pleasure.”

“We rented the finca for a week-long family/friends stay to celebrate a special occasion. We loved the stay at the finca, especially that every room came with a bathroom (except for the two-floor room with three beds and one bathroom) so everyone had privacy. Many rooms had lovely views, and there were many nooks that people could hang out in pockets.
