“MY Family’s Experience: This place is not a family vacation spot! We arrived on the 15th and left early morning on the 16th!”

“Nice, clean place. Location is best part!”

“We had a great stay! Property is lovely with great views of the reef. Pools is very nice but can only be used between 9-9. Host was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations! We only had a problem with finding dried blood on the sheets and floor that we needed to clean up when we arrived and some of the beach chairs were not functional. Overall great place to stay and highly recommend!”

“Spacious, convenient, and gorgeous! We so enjoyed our stay at Kaab at the Park. We loved all the space, the balcony, and especially the rooftop balcony! Just gorgeous and so relaxing. The internet worked great, as did the air conditioning. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We hope we can come back soon! ”

“I would stay here again!Great communication with the owner, who was always quick to respond and resolve any issue(s).Great location - quiet, close to restaurants, town square, grocery store etc.Everything was as advertised and more...Kitchen had every appliance needed as we hardly ate out.It was great having a TV in both the bedroom and living area.”

“Beautiful property, just like the photos, fantastic views. Gina was helpful and responded to all our questions. Property was cleaned every day which was a nice bonus. Pity about the sargussum but this is global warming. Restaurants easily walkable to great place to chill.”

“Loved the location, very entertaining. Close to beach, 5th Avenue and grocery shopping. Very well equipped kitchen. Spent a lot of evenings bbq’ing and eating on the spacious balcony. Thank you Ross & Lori.”

“Great, large balcony and view of the ocean and the pool. There is a restaurant next door that has music going on at night but with the doors closed it’s barely noticeable.”

During our stay, we experienced the following problems: - Power outages in the apartment - Non-functioning water supply on multiple occasions - A blocked toilet - We were briefly trapped in the...
