âSmall, contemporary hotel at a great location. The front desk staff is a little inexperienced, but they try to please. The hotel manager, Sr. FernĂĄndez, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again. â
âWe had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

4. Frukostmenyn som var inkluderad var mycket liten. Man fick till och med betala extra för en ynka cappuccino, snÄlt!!

There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before.
