âWe had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

âWe couldnât ask for a better hotel experience. Actually itâs hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; itâs more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.â

âWe were so happy with our stay, the service was great and always felt safe and secure. The reception was available 24/7 as well as the really nice door man, extra plus for answering WhatsApp messages so fast when we were not at the hotel. There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before.

âEverything was excellent but I have some comments:
1- there was sewer smell in the bathroom a couple of times. Once, quite strong
2- one of the days of my stay I did not get the hand towels nor the face towels
3- when I got the room the first day, the room had been sprayed with a strong fragrance. Itâs like a âgreen figâ scent. Not unpleasant but I could see people disliking it. But, it did leave oily spots on the floor and the wood floors and bathroom tiles were quite slippery. I almost...
