“Overall great hotel. The service in the restaurant could however be improved. Service during breakfast was ok, but given the surplus of staff I would expect better. More than once my order got lost and I needed to call the waiter again. At both lunch and dinner, our orders took very long to prepare (almost 45 min) despite the fact that on both occasions the place was no more than half full and packed with staff. ”

“En blandad upplevelese, om än främst positiv. Vi anlände till hotellet långt innan incheckning, men fick ändå checka in tidigare utan kostnad, vilket vi var väldigt tacksamma för efter en lång flygning. Rummet som låg på sjätte våningen var stort om än slitet. Även om receptionen osv ser modern ut är inte rummen renoverade. Annars var rummet bra, jättebra dusch, vatten, te/kaffe och allt annan en kan begära fanns. Däremot var städningen dålig. Det var rejält skitigt under sängen exempelvis....

“I stayed at this hotel for the third time in March 2024 and it was just as amazing as the previous two occasions (2014 and 2018). This time, too, they recognized me the second I stepped into the lobby. The staff are fantastic, helpful and with a big smile on their faces. Unfortunately the restaurant was no longer open (except for breakfast) but I got tips on other restaurants nearby. Thank you for another pleasant stay with you. See you next time I'm in Mumbai.”

“the hotel was nice and room very big but had a strange smell so we had to use scented candle. rather clean but some mould in the shower. the problem was with the service, rather slow, missing to replenish coffee in the room e.g. I forgot a small mirror in the bathroom, called them the same evening and it took them 3 days to check after numerous calls, finally had to go back to the hotel to find out that they haven't found it.”

“Fairly nice Hotel in an old building with old details. Sober, but equipped with all you need, rooms. Good WiFi and ok breakfast with even Indian dishes worth trying. The hotel lies in a really quiet street only 100 meters away from the busy streetlife and only 300 meters from the entry (Green Gate) to the International cruiseterminal. Excellent service! ”

“I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.”

"Personal care was taken by the staff so we feel good and have a wonderful stay. Twinkle one of the lady working there made a special welcome for my son visiting India the first time. One more lady at the reception don’t the name made sure we had all we needed during check in n check out and even offered masala tea complimentary in the morning. It felt as we were home awesome fantastic people working at this property "
