Upon entering this spacious home, you'll be greeted with an inviting living area with a gas fireplace, 65â smart tv and soaring ceilings. The dining room overlooks the living area and seats 7. Conveniently located near the living/dining room, the modern kitchen features black stainless appliances, gas stove, small dining table and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. For additional space, enjoy some quiet time in the sunroom which has additional seating and a 50â smart tv.
The large master suite features a king bed, 50â smart tv, and direct access to the sunroom. The luxurious bathroom has a soaking tub, custom tile shower and his and her vanities. There are two more guest bedrooms featuring full beds with a shared guest bathroom. Another guest bedroom is located on the other side of the home and features a full bed with a 34â smart tv. This bedroom has a full bathroom nearby and offers some privacy from the other bedrooms.
Located above the garage on the 2nd floor is a bonus room with two twin beds and one trundle. There's also a couch that folds into a bed and a smart tv. It's perfect for the kids!

Let's not forget about the best part of allâŠ.the AMAZING backyard. Spend endless hours in the private saltwater pool or covered pavilion with seating and a 50âtv. There's an âindoorâ kitchen that has a full refrigerator, sink, microwave and a high top table conveniently located near the gas and charcoal grill. A full âoutdoorâ bathroom is located by the pool area. The fenced in backyard is perfect for your furry friends.

Do not forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Less than a 5-minute drive you'll discover quaint Mexico Beach with restaurants, and shops. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Crazy Beach Pizza or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. About 40 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.
Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area.
