“No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. ”

“I would have given 5 stars except the cleaning lady never came and we had to contact the owner to have her come in the evening. Other than that the apartment is close to the metro and a 15 min walk to the Duomo. The bakery a few doors down has freshly baked goods daily and the restaurant on the corner is delicious. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”
