“The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling
Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.”

“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

“It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!”

“The property is undergoing some kind of renovation.
It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it.
No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired.
The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work.
Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls.
DO NOT stay here.”

“Very Hot! No AC. Did not feel safe, there were people walking around through the hallways and smoking out side, which their smoke came into our room through the one and only tiny window which offered limited ventilation”

“I have swveral photos to prove, there was massive holes in the walls, the door had been jimmied open as it was badly damaged and poorly fixed, they expected 2 disabled people who cant walk to get up 2 flights of steep twisty stairs, there was rat poop in the room, and there was no such thing as staff.”

😃 excellent cleanliness, dramatic scenic view, well designed and kept, bigger size than usual (specially the bathroom), unique features - The double shower…wonderful - the noise of the sea from inside the room…very relaxing.
😐 no toothbrush and paste provided, which based on my experience, typically hotels do. Although the noise of the sea from inside the room (door closed) can be relaxing, it can also give you trouble to sleep if you are noise sensitive - note when we have been there...
