Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Post Falls, this peaceful neighborhood is ideal for relaxing walks and enjoying the natural surroundings. With easy access to I-90, it's a convenient home base for exploring Coeur d’Alene, Silverwood, and Spokane. The private community beach on the Spokane River is just minutes away.

Guests have access to the entire home including front yard and fully fenced backyard and patio space.

A car is recommended for getting around North Idaho comfortably. The home is a quick 15-minute drive to Downtown Coeur d’Alene and about 30–35 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. You’ll have easy access to I-90 for day trips to Spokane, Rathdrum, or Hayden. Free parking is available in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the home.

Community Beach Access:
Take a short 4-minute drive (or a scenic 15-minute walk) to the private community beach on the Spokane River. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or letting the kids play in the water. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Please note the beach is shared with the neighborhood and subject to community quiet hours.
