“J'ai pu feter mes 25 ans avec environ 23 amis et cette maison eat la seule qui etait prête a nous accueillir. Je ne peux que les recommander.Peut etre un petit point: peut etre ajouter quelques ventilateur afin d en avoir dans toutes les chambres. Je pense qu en ete cela peut etre utile.Ceci etant dit, nous n avons pas reellement souffert de la chaleur car nous etions a pelissanne debut juin, tant quil faisait encore frais la nuit.”

“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce lieu calme ouvert sur un grand pré, au bout d'une voie sans issue, et bien ensoleillé. L'accueil de Jacques à la fois présent, très serviable et discret. La région est superbe pour randonner, profiter de la jolie ville d'Embrun et de la douceur paisible du lac. Très bonne adresse qui correspondait à ce que nous recherchions.”

“We found La Bastide to outshine any expectations. In summary: authentic historic property (as rustic as you could get!); spacious living quarters and massive, accommodating outside spaces; a sense of entire privacy within the grounds; stunning views (in particular while lazing about the wonderful pool); remote enough, nestled in the hills above the charming village - a 20 min walk to amenities. The owner/staff were particularly helpful & reassuring (by text or in person, however needed)...

We were looking for an old house with a lot of character, and this was exactly what we got. “A beautiful house with a fabulous swimming pool. Great activities with the ping pong, billiards and boule. Myriam was charming and very patient with our complete lack of french. She also gave us some good ideas on where to visit and she did not fail in advising the best villages. Definitely visit Saint Remy de Provence and Le Baux de Provence. Kids loved the stay and even the grumpy dog had fun. Enforced relaxation.”
