“På grund av en akut kallelse till hjärtoperation blev det en lång och emotionell dag som tog väldigt mycket energi. Utan att ha något bestämt boende löste vi det och är så otroligt tacksamma för bemötandet vi fick här av Kristina och hennes kollegor i receptionen. De märkte snabbt att vi var i behov av att bara få andas och hämta igen oss och gav verkligen allt och lite till för att visa vilka förstående och empatiska människor de var. Dagen efter fick den opererade vila ut på rummet extra...

“A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. ”

“Vi hade bokat Superior rum men undrar om det verkligen var något "extra" med det. Toan var i ett rum medans badkar, dusch och vask var i ett annat rum. Sängarna var väldigt hårda men vi sov väldigt bra i dem. De hade glömt att boka taxi till oss den morgonen när vi skulle hem och när vi väl fick en taxi och ankom till flygplatsen hade hotellet angett att vi skulle betala för turen fast att det ingick i priset. Frukosten var ingen höjdare.”
