Puerto Cancun Golf Course

We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen while traveling with our two young children (3 and 5 years old). The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers plenty of pools, activities, and good dining options. Our room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, my partner unfortunately became ill and needed to go to the hospital. We want to give a very special thank you to the concierge, Lisandro, who helped us tremendously during this stressful situation. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and helped organize everything we needed. His assistance made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We would also like to thank the entire staff at the resort for their kindness and professionalism during our stay. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and they truly contributed to making our stay a positive experience. For us, this was a 5 out of 5 stay.

Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with it. Overall, a nice resort to go to. Just not one I would go back to…
