The best thing of the hotel is the staff. They were friendly, accomodating and helpful. Other than that, the hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom is a disaster. Pool is dirty as well. Toilet flushing didn’t work.
Great location - near a mall and near the border to Singapore. However the toilet’s flushing system didn’t work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didn’t really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about.
