Jerry, Itzel, Sonia and Manuel the bartender were fantastic and gracious hosts as we got a full tour of most of the rooms (some were occupied and couldn't be viewed). They are undergoing a remodel right now but it didnt bother us as there is plenty to do and see during the day in the Romantic Zone and even in downtown Puerto Vallarta. “This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
