“ All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.”

“Överlag jättefint och trevligt hotell, vi blev vänligt mottagna och fick hjälp med allt vi behövde. Det finns flera olika restauranger på området så man kan hitta allt man vill där. Poolomådet var jättefint och varierat, litet minus för att personalen gick och ville sälja på en saker hela tiden, allt från drinkar till spabehandlingar. Hotellet ligger också en bit bort från centrala Cancún, i playa Mujeres, taxi kostar ca 30usd dit och från hotellet kostar det ca 10usd. Det går också bussar men...

“It was a clean and beautiful hotel and an easy vacation for all ages. There are fun activities during the day (Pictionary and bingo by the pool were a highlight!) and family events at night. The staff was very helpful and restaurants were easy to get into most nights. ”
