The resort is clean and the food is very good with a variety. It is also nice there is plenty of space around the pool and beach. My biggest issue is we had to buy sunscreen from the gift shop. Two bottles were $89. I realize you pay a premium on location but this seems excessive. Overall a great resort just bring your own sunscreen.

This is the best resort we’ve booked so far. The staff were over & beyond friendly during our entire stay. As soon as we entered the building, we could tell they didn’t skimp on the layout & architectural design of the facility. We were treated like royalty. The resort was super clean & the restaurants were 2 thumbs up. The steaks at The Grill Restaurant were Top Notch. The nightly shows were also very entertaining. To sum it up; this resort is for the slightly older crowd (30 & up) that still likes to party at night & relax during the day. The only negative for us were the overpriced items at the gift shops ($40 USD for a printed t shirt). I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Mexico.

The property is excellent and definitely A++!! The rooms were lovely (we were in the Excellence Club... definitely worth it). The staff were very helpful and friendly, and all of the food was amazing. The beach was kept clean and there were always sun loungers available by the pool. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely visit again.

Awesome location, it’s very quiet and private. The property is beautifully maintained and very clean. All the rooms, restaurants and entire resort is spotless and clean. The staff is friendly and provide great service. The beach is huge, lots of sun beds and ocean is perfect for swimming. The pools are amazing and lots of sun beds available, the pools are very large and have swim up bars. Large food and drink selection, every restaurant is tasty and food is fresh. Please note that buffet is only available for breakfast, otherwise all other options for lunch and dinner are restaurants. They have a lot restaurants and different food optionally. Will definitely be returning!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and the food was fantastic across the board. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the people. A special thank you to César at the Martini Bar and his colleagues Kenneth, Adolfo, and Angel for making every evening so much fun. We also loved the music and entertainment from Dayron and Alain—they brought such great energy to the resort! We left feeling so grateful for the warmth, kindness, and hospitality we experienced. •Bring your own straws. •Make reservations early for the speakeasy. We were there for 4 nights and never had the opportunity to go. •Property should play more music by the pool. That was everyone’s feedback when we were meeting people, the lack of music. •Overall, beautiful resort!

Great room and grounds. Food was decent. If you’re looking for the same standard as Excellence Playa Mujeres, it’s just not the same. There isn’t much going on at the resort. Kinda feels like the little sister to the original resort. If you’re looking to relax and not look for much else then this is the perfect place to go.

We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed the experience. The pool, beach, drinks, rooms, and overall atmosphere were fantastic and made for a very relaxing trip. A special shoutout to the amazing staff who made our stay even better. The entertainment group Alain, Miguel, Luis, Gilberto, and Alexia were incredibly friendly, energetic, and made every activity fun. Bianca was an excellent waiter who was always attentive and welcoming. The pool bar bartenders Samuel and Ismael were also fantastic, always serving great drinks with a smile and creating a fun atmosphere around the pool. One critique I would mention is that I wish the buffet was open every day for either lunch or dinner, and that all of the restaurants were open daily so guests do not miss out on some of the dining experiences. The Excellence app is also not very user friendly and could be improved. Overall, everything else was great. The pool, beach, drinks, rooms, and the service from the staff made the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellence everywhere! First off, kudos to the architect; this property is flows beautifully! The grounds crew are also top-notch, as every aspect of this resort is impeccably maintained. The staff were primarily exceptional! Shoutout to the barista's in the lovely coffee shop (nice options there), for helping me with my Spanish daily. Shoutout to Heidi at the pool for a day of stellar service. The FOOD here is innovative, fresh, flavorful and some of the best I've had at an all-inclusive. You will not be disappointed with the food, no matter the restaurant. The daily taco & flauta/taquito stand was great for many, but tasteless and dry for me. Attending one of the evening shows, "The Michael Jackson/Freddie Mercury Review." Michael impersonator had the worst stage make-up ever, and slippery shoes that were almost comical. The musicians, however, were a totally different story; a world-class ensemble. I was absolutely mesmerized by the violinist, wanting desperately to magically whisk him away to fame and fortune on a much grander stage. The Spa is a MUST VISIT! The hydrotherapy options were amazing and the staff beyond perfection! Great gym. Little beach team due to high winds, but fabulous, nonetheless. *I do not recommend a room with rooftop pool (my choice), as you don't get a pool. It's so shallow I just sat in it. Get the swim-out, as you can actually swim and float a good portion of the resort.

I recently stayed at this resort from Monday through Friday after extending my original Monday to Thursday trip due to weather. Because my original room was unavailable for the additional night, I upgraded to an Excellence Club suite for my final evening. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. However, the communication and guest service infrastructure need significant improvement for a five star resort.
 Transportation: Prior to arrival, I updated my inbound and outbound flights and attempted to coordinate with Seasons Transportation, the hotel’s private transfer service. I sent four separate emails and received no response. After spending 45 minutes on the website chat feature, I was finally given an email address. Even then, communication remained unreliable. Once on property, I had to physically visit the Seasons kiosk to confirm my Friday departure transfer. I was told I would receive an email confirmation, which never arrived. I returned again on Tuesday to reconfirm and was told to meet the driver between 2:15 and 2:45, as they wait 30 minutes. The lack of proactive communication created unnecessary stress.
 Check In: Check in was mostly smooth. The receptionist acknowledged my extension and informed me my final night would be in a different Excellence Club suite. One notable limitation is that all restaurant reservations and most requests must be handled in person at reception. There is no efficient digital or concierge style system

I stayed Monday through Friday after extending my trip and upgrading my final night to an Excellence Club suite. The property is beautiful and the amenities are excellent, but communication and service coordination fall short of five star standards. Before arrival, I emailed Seasons Transportation four times with no response and had to use the website chat for 45 minutes to get assistance. Even onsite, I had to repeatedly visit the kiosk to confirm my departure transfer. Check in was smooth, but all reservations and requests must be handled in person. There is no efficient digital concierge system. My first loft suite with private pool was spectacular. Food, drinks, beach, and pool service were excellent. Issues began during my room change. Multiple emails to the front desk went unanswered. I had to return in person to coordinate keys and luggage. My upgraded room had a strong sewage odor, and opening the balcony caused heavy condensation that made the floors dangerously slippery. My luggage was delayed nearly an hour due to internal miscommunication. For checkout, I emailed four times requesting a 2 PM extension and received no response. My key card was deactivated at standard checkout, locking me out. I had to find staff to let me in and rush to pack. No luggage assistance was offered. A supervisor offered a $200 future credit, but it was later retracted when another staff member claimed I was late and that my car had left, despite being within the stated window. I ne
