Punta Surs golfbana

En la habitación que nos dieron no servía el aire. Fueron a checarlo 3 veces y no se pudo reparar. Creo que nos debieron de haber cambiado de habitación desde el inicio. Dormimos escuchando como goteaba al aire toda la noche y pasamos calor. Poniendo a un lado eso, el staff de recepción siempre mostró buena disposición en ayudarnos. Todo lo demás estuvo genial.

The view was amazing. We loved the food. Gabriel was the best and he worked in excellence. We loved the infinity pool.

We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad as in the second room as it was it first! The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained! The rooms with private pools offered no privacy at all and didn't have a patio sitting area! The pool in the Tower was cloudy and tiles in the main hotel pool were missing! The lounge mats in both pool areas were paper thin and there was a very limited amount of umbrellas available. The property also smelled like sewage for the first three days we were there until the cesspools were finally drained on day four. As for dining, the Italian restaurant was average and Asian restaurant served, with the exception of sushi, what seems a lot like take-out food. Fortunately for us though we were staying in the Tower and were able to access the Grill, (every meal was outstanding) for breakfast and lunch and for a special dinner night! The guests staying in the main hotel however were mostly delegated to eat at the very saddest buffet we have ever seen! Additionally, the front desk staff was not at all helpful! On a positive note though, the rest of the staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! The best part of our hotel stay! We highly recommend staying somewhere else in Los Cabos!
