It is on the 2nd floor, so be ready to climb stairs. Both property managers were kind and so courteous. I was able to extend my stay twice without any hassle. Granted this dwelling is not new construction, rather it is an old / vintage building, and thus it has all of the corresponding charm for those that like that sort of thing.
