The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. Although it would have been nice to have sufficient logs for our stay on arrival, when we requested more, there...

“Fantastic place to stay in centre of Abersoch. The house has everything you need for a fab holiday. Lovely outside area with comfy seating for when the weather is good. Spotlessly clean and tidy. The only thing I would say is that a couple of bottles of soap in the bathrooms and small hand towels would have been helpful. Other than that nothing else I feel could be improved.”

“Our mother was born and raised in Pwllheli and for her 80th birthday the family, 9 of us, wanted to bring her back so she could visit her old haunts and rekindle old friendships. We found this wonderful property that surpassed all our expectations. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, even a jacuzzi. We had a delightful stay only enhanced by the wonderful hosts at No12. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to plan a holiday for a large group.”

“The property was well appointed in a lovely area with an ideal local track for walking the dog. The wi-fi was poor, and a shaving mirror in the bathroom on the wall would be helpful.”

“Fabulous cottage in a perfect location. Within walking distance to Llanbedrog beach, a shop as well as two lovely pubs. Only five minutes from either Abersoch or Pwllheli. The cottage is beautiful, has everything you need and the garden area with hot tub is brilliant.”
