“The property was as advertised. The view out the back to see a channel of the Mississippi river was nice. The layout of the house was unique with where the various bedrooms and sofa beds were located. The living room and dining room were large and able to accommodate group gatherings. The location was secluded enough to offer quiet in the evening and night but close enough to get to the wide variety of restaurants in the area. ”

“The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...
