“I was very disappointed with my stay. The place felt so dirty and had a very bad smell. The host was condescending and the amount of repeated messages I got before my stay was very uncalled for. They were for the most part automated repeated messages and if I didn’t reply, the host would email me and message me on the app scolding me about not replying. “Alessandra is a great host from booking to checkout. Her home is quaint, secure, and clean. Things to consider if mobility is an issue for you; street is cobble stone and entrance is steep stairs to main living areas. Manageable though may not feel like it after exploring Rome by foot. Worth it. Washer and dryer worked well, water didn’t take long to get warm, beds were comfortable, and kitchenware stocked well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This apartment was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to messages. When we first arrived we were met by one of the hosts and he brought us up to the apartment. Very nice guy btw. The clothes washer works well for small loads.
