Romantiska hotell i Queens

“Staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed before and I will stay again because of them. It’s a great location. The rooms are a decent size and the breakfast has great vegan options. Not much for gluten free diets though, so could improve there. My only gripe is the shower had hair in it, I didn’t realise until the next morning so I cleaned it myself. The shower water pressure is also not the best so if you can improve that then it would be brilliant!”

“Great Option for us as we had a late evening flight arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. A 1bit a mixed messages with pickup shuttle, but all worked out in the end. Always helpful the next day as they dropped off a rental car for us. Breakfast was included and adequate.”

“Very conveniently located next to the airport work a shuttle than ran regularly”

“First things first: if you're staying less than a week, they will add a nightly surcharge to your bill. This was not listed on Expedia. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. Everything is done electronically. It's really hard to check in by phone, and because of location, coming back at night can feel a little scary. The place is not as well kept up as previous owners had kept it. There are stains in the hall rugs. Photo-sensitive hall lights are late coming on. Two lamps in my room did...

“Good location for restaurants and MoMa PS1. Easy to find. Extra charge when arriving that is not mentioned in the listing. No instructions in room on connecting to WiFi. Thin walls, uncomfortable beds. Was probably great as a Sonder, but has gone downhill.”
