My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. “I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....
