âA short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests.
Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well.
There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise.
The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment.
Lifts were all operational and quick.
Little balcony was great and could see the ocean.

âWe stayed 5 nights at Chevron Rennaisance on the 30th floor. 3 different and beautiful views from the balconies and bedrooms. The balcony in particular had unobstructed views of the ocean. We saw humpback whales just past where people were surfing every morning while eating breakfast off our balcony! âReally good place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a possibility to upgrade the Wi-Fi for $ 5 if you want to stream Netflix etc but we didnât find it necessary since we were there for a good time not a Wi-Fi time. â

"Poor and very slow breakfast. Ran out of ingredients every day on the short menu they had for breakfast. The buffet was so poor, hardly anything to chose from, and several canned fruits in stead of fresh fruit. You had to pay extra for barista coffee. Donât take valet parking, there is no one there to help you with the car. Garage works fine though. Pool area without any serving of food or drinks. Rooms ok but very sterile and windows very dirty. Would not go back or recommend. "
