När vi var där så råkade vi ut för ett oväder som slog ut elnätet i Gold Coast, hotellet återbetalade nätterna som vi valde att spendera i Brisbane istället utan krångel eller diskussioner. “I had trouble with the booking and had to pay twice which was a bit annoying, but after e-mailing with them they managed to sort it out smoothly and I got my money back (from the second withdrawal). It was comfortable enough for one rainy night, with a lot of backpackers at the place! Nothing fancy but definitely worth the price. The female dorm with 4 beds had its own bathroom in the room which was a plus!! ”
“The apartment had that amazing home feeling to it and the size and how comfortable the bed was phenomenal. I have never slept so good! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Also communication from the property managers was really good, they checked on us to make sure we arrived safe and sound, they made sure throughout our time staying that we were okay and didn’t need anything. And then after we had left they were still super polite and caring. My husband and I will be returning! ”

“Marvelous view of the beach and ocean (flisor 34). About 1 km from down town. Two large jacuzzis in the spa part of the hotel, open from 7 am to 10 pm. We travelled with two kids (5 and 9 years old) and the hotel was perfect for us. No wi-fi but otherwise great and a huge apartment.”
