Located on the outskirts of Taos Country Club this brand new 3 bed 3 bath build is perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy expansive views of the beauty that Taos has to offer right from the patio.

The home has a unique layout. There is a 1 bed 1 bath unit and a 2 bed 2 bath unit that are separated by the oversized garage.

2 bedroom information:
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed as well an attached full bathroom with a standing shower.

The 2nd bedroom is also outfitted with a king bed. There is an additional full bathroom with a tub/shower that can be accessed off the living room.

In addition to the two bedrooms there is a rollaway twin bed that can be setup in the living room or in the master bedroom.

The open living space flows into the fully equipped kitchen to maximize time quality time spent together. Enjoy 85 inch smart TV as well as the gas fireplace in the living room with mountain views just out the window!

The bedroom is equipped with queen bed. The separate bathroom has a standing shower and an oversized closet for storage.

There is a pullout couch in the living/kitchen area.

The bar seating looks out onto the Gazebo and offers amazing subset views.

The outdoor gazebo space is a great place to watch the sunset or have your morning coffee. Enjoy the 7 person hot tub and lounge chairs while taking in the breath taking views.
