"Room was a big disappointment. Dark, Dismal, wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom was awful, Lino on floor, mold on tiles, set in the 50’s. That was the executive room. Goodness knows what the standard rooms were like. Bed wasn’t. Dry comfy and the pillows were like bricks. I’ll not be returning ..."

"Room 221 was very spacious with patio doors onto a balcony and a window with a river view, a lovely bathroom with walk in shower and double aspect windows too. Unusual these days but very welcome for fresh air. Staff were very welcoming and the bar man/night manager was very helpful and hard working. ..."
