“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. “Fantastic day! Highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic and very personable, helpful, and available! It was very clean well appointed in a great spot. There are three flights of stairs but being in our mid 60s, we were able to do it! Don’t let that stop you from staying there. Great location to get on the bus to go to New York City! Very convenient and safe highly recommend staying there.”
