âWe were visiting the University of Washington. This was a great hotel not far from campus, but also close to everything youâd want to do in Seattle and the surrounding area. â
âWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerâs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. â
âI stayed in a room with the bathroom down the hall. During my 3 day stay there no one else was in the bathroom while I was using it so it felt like my own large bathroom! The loft on the 4th floor provided a kitchen with full size frog and all the needed kitchen items, much better than what is available at a motel! â
âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â
âawesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you donât feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. â
âA nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when neededâ
âAsked me to rate my stay after my first night with a personalized message from the front desk. Offered a room reset during my 2-day stay. I thought this amenity completely disappeared after Covid, but to my pleasant surprise this hotel still offers cleaning services during short stays as well! The staff was so kind, they even kept the breakfast bar open a little past 10am for late risers like me during vacation. The hospitality was so outstanding that I had to take this experience and write this...
âI loved it ! The staff was supper friendly and helpful! The building was even a walking distance from a two-story Barnes & Noble, who would have guessed ! My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure ! â
âI liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. â
