Super convenient

Kinda booked this last minute to meet with friends . Process was super easy . No surprises. House was immaculate. The Creekside setting was a nice surprise and made the deck experience very enjoyable . I would stay here again .

Great stay

Very clean and tidy property. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of four. Sweet little stream right off the deck too. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

Comfort issues

The upstairs King bed was terrible. The sheets were almost like sandpaper and the cheap bedframe squeaked every time you moved. The carpet downstairs was stained badly. Those items detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Good location.

Needs New Appliances & A Thorough Cleaning

Oven & Stovetop were not fully functional. Only one burner worked partially. The dishwasher did not work at all. The queen bed downstairs had dirt and grime from previous guests and the sheets had not been washed prior to our arrival. The WiFi was very slow. There was blood on twin bed’s pillow case.

Very poor communication - Nice condo

Pros-The home is adorable and has a cute deck with a creek that runs behind it. The kids loved playing out there and catching frogs. The community, bike paths and all surrounding are beautiful. Cons- first day I called Vacasa to ask how we get into the pools and they said there should be pool keys at the house, which there weren’t. Also there were zero instructions. They said to give them 10 minutes and we would be able to get in. Nobody ever called back, so one day down and no pool. I have three children so you can imagine the disappointment. Next morning I called again and they said they would have someone call me, because they didn’t know how to get into the pool. A women called who claimed to be the property manager and said I should have received an email about it, which I did not. In fact the only email I received day 2 was how to check out. Not very inviting. She then said, oh sorry I just got handed this property yesterday. No empathy, no how can I make this better. She said I could go to the rec center and get my pool keys. We went to the rec center to another disappointment, whatever had been entered was incorrect so we still couldn’t get the passes. I called the property manager again who just said, can you hand the phone to lady at the pool. The manager at the pool said she would educate her on how to input the passes correctly. The pool manager eventually got everything corrected. I never did here back from the property manager. We were only here for a very short weekend only 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have these this ready upon arrival. The communication was so poor and there is zero instructions regarding anything about the rec centers and accessibility. Hopefully they can get it together for the next guest as this place has so much potential.

just right 4 three golf buds

Major issue was management did not warn us of preexisting major damage to a bathroom floor. We didn't cook so the waste cans being FULL & the outside container being full as well was only an irritant. Poor housekeeping performance.

Immaculate creekside retreat - great for kids!

I booked this place soon after it was first listed so there were no reviews yet. Took a risk because it was late in the season and the choices were limited. It exceeded our expectations and then some. The place was immaculate with an abundance of everything: towels, sheets, extra blankets, dishes. The only thing we couldn't find was a can opener but it's possible we just didn't look hard enough. The location was very quiet and my kids hunted frogs in the creek in their down time. One great feature is that the deck faces east so it is completely shaded in the afternoon and eve which makes it so enjoyable to hang out on. Plenty of seating and room to move around on the deck. That was where we stored our bikes as well. If the TV, board games, dvd's, puzzle and cards aren't enough to keep your kids busy, they can follow the creek over to the pond and visit the family of ducks and other 'wild' life. Easy access to bike/walking trails directly from the condo. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Excellent signage in the home with all of the information you need to operate for the week. Mini shampoo/conditioner and soaps provided. Even a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron! The only drawbacks were the bbq starter not working - all of the food we brought was bbq food so we had to get creative at dinner time. Also, the seating in the living room is limited (4 spaces) and not horribly comfortable. The outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived on Sunday and had not been picked up when we left on Thursday am. Hoping Thursday was trash day... None of these things were enough to keep us from booking again though. If we head back to Eagle Crest, we will grab this place for sure.

Excellent Property

This was a great rental in an excellent location. Eagle Crest is a fantastic resort, close to Redmond and Bend. We were in the area for a family wedding and wanted a place where oour family could have some space to relax. There are at least 3 pools in the area to visit, 3 golf courses and plenty of places to eat or drink. It has a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabin itself was perfect for our family (3 boys) and our tiny dog. We will stay here again.
