“Trevligt”

“I was disappointed with my stay overall. The biggest issue was the breakfast staff, who were not particularly welcoming or helpful, making for a poor first impression and an unpleasant experience throughout the stay. The breakfast itself was also well below expectations. The selection was limited, and the quality did not match what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. While the hotel itself was acceptable, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very welcoming, which made it less...

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but we would especially like to recognize Junior for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Junior went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. Employees like Junior are a true asset to any hotel. We sincerely...

“great stay! staff were kind, rooms nice and clean, and complementary breakfast had good options as well.”

“Great customer service from the staff, especially Zaf who provided excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. The hotel also offers a great breakfast with many options. The room was clean and comfortable and everything looked new.”

“The whole hotel is very dirty. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work. The only positive is that it’s only a block from the J train.”

“Rummet var fint och rent. Nära till flygplatsen men området runt omkring var väldigt gammalt och slitet.”

“Not a real 4 star hotel....more like a 3 star! But hey, not bad for Brooklyn.”

“Everything was excellent. The room, the staff the restaurant where I had breakfast the next morning they held my bag until I was ready to depart five stars across the board.”

“Väldigt bra ställe. 4.9/5”

“Detta är bara ett ställe att sova på, inget mer. Jag skulle kalla hotellet för tråkigt. Personalen var bra, det fanns en restaurang men hotellet är lite för slätstruket.”
