“Very scenic, loved riding the tram ”

“Everything was 5-stars! My only critiques involved the room condidtions. The cleaning staff was incredible and kept everything looking spiffy. The only problems were that the walls are rather thin, so i could hear my neighbors when I had them; and the shower head was barely functional and in need of replacement. Thank you for taking such good care of me while I stayed. ”

“This hotel is warmly welcomed to other guests. The hotel was very good, clean, as good as home, well kept every day, everything was perfect, the internet was good, yes what else to say, you drink a lot of coffee, they have better coffee in the lobby :-) it tastes better than what you get in the rooms :-) By the way, everything was just perfect. Yes, please come back next time, it will be back soon. Right now I'm in Seattle, after that, it's flying to New York, then I fly home to Sweden again. so...

“Aptel is a good hotel at an affordable price, especially for Anchorage. Almost all the other hotels around Anchorage near the price of Aptel are ugly dogs. Many other hotels around Anchorage at the price point of Aptel are uncleaned properly, have unsafe parking areas, and highly unacceptable customer service personnel. “Our room faced out towards the bay, so you had the beach with the waves and snow covered mts as a back drop. How could you ask for more? And there were eagles there every day! A very relaxing stay. ”

“Stayed one night in August. Nice location downtown Anchorage. Maybe nejds some updating but it is clean and comfortable. I had boken two nights but had to leave early due cancellations by airline and I could do that without any charges. That is professional.”
