"Helt ok "

"This is a five-star hotel in every respect except for the breakfast, which didn’t quite live up to expectations. For example, there was no omelette station, no Bircher muesli, and no freshly squeezed juices. In addition, the breakfast service was below par – the staff were inattentive and somewhat unfriendly. The rest of the service throughout the hotel was excellent. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel’s restaurant is of a very high standard, and the sky bar is well worth a visit for its stunning views."

"The spa, gym, massage and extra services is an amazing thing! Really recommend the spa as it gets you really relaxed after long trips. The breakfast is amazing. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights. A classic 5 star hotel in the very city center. We liked this atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, just what we expected. I liked the coffee machine, making very tasty coffee. As we were tourist we thought the location was perfect with walking distance to the tourist attractions, very short walk to the metro. It was convenient to take the metro all the way to the airport. The only issue was the price for breakfast, costed more than an excellent dinner in a restaurant. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, we found several cafés in the neighborhood. We were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel."

"Bodde på hotellet endast en natt. Lite varmt rum när vi kom och utan möjlighet att själv reglera temperaturen, men personalen fixade det bra så det blev bra. Hög komfort, gott om utrymme, underbar säng."

"Tyckte rummet var riktigt bra. Stort och rymligt. Badrummet och duschen var osså bra med ett undantag och det var att det luktade illa från avloppet hela tiden men det gjorde det på de flesta toaletter runt om på restauranger etc så jag tror det är ett problem med avloppssystemet i hela Sofia. Frukosten var osså helt okej Servicenivån är inte superbra iaf inte om man jämför med hur det är i Sverige men jag tror att det kommer bli bättre"

"Bra Hotel"

"Vi använde hotellet för att övernatta 1 natt då vi skulle resa vidare dagen efter. Vi valde det för att det ligger 100 meter från gågatan som är full med affärer och restauranger, 500 meter till närmaste metro om man ska till flygplatsen eller annan plats i Sofia. Säkert område, väldigt centralt och hyfsade faciliteter. Det enda som kan påpekas är frukosten som innehåller mindre val än de hotell vi varit på eller är vana vid. Men det var OK och räcker fint för att mätta en inför en heldag i Sofia."
