“Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up.
