“Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by this place because it is a 3star and you never know how things will be but check-in went smooth, the room was spotless, the beds really good for a 3star place, the food was great, the staff were all helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with this place. The one down side is the noise from the casino. They do leave earplugs to assist but wasnt perfect. Most of the hotels were on top of the casino so I believe every hotel had noise issues. Would definitely recommend to...

“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions.
