“Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“Theres no hot tub, pool or spa there, but the room was new and clean. I would say Monarch is tops there in Black Hawk, but you pay the premium for it. If you want hot tub n spa, check out Ameristar and Monarch. I never stayed at the Ameristar but it looks really nice. Theres extra fees that Expedia doesnt cover such as the "Resort" Fees you pay. I think all the casinos charge that as I am guessing a tax levied by Colorado. Its about 50 to 70 dollars extra per weekend. I paid it at the...

“Clean place to stay. The rooms are very nice with big bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accept dogs which is a plus for those with fur babies. Had a low tire light come on in my car and security got me arranged with Blake from maintenance to get my tire aired back up. I would recommend this place to stay. Nice walking trail for walking your dogs around the hotel too. ”

"Nära parken och vacker omgivning med mycket kul att göra, som basketboll, beachvolleyboll och inomhuspool. Men de tre rum som vi bodde i var riktigt tråkiga. Tunna väggar, smällande dörrar, billarm. Gamla möbler, smutsig heltäckningsmatta och en fläkt som lät så mycket att man inte kunde ha den igång när man sov, så väldigt varmt. Välj inte budgetrummen."
