“Good location in Black Hawk. One thing I didn’t like was the early check-in charge of $25/hr prior to 2pm. The facility is clean and the restaurant serves good food. Nice size casino on two floors.”

“Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“Security to the hotel rooms was lacking ,anyone could enter from the parking garage and ride the elevator to any floor in the hotel, the hotel key confirmation disk in the elevator was out of service.
Slots were very very tight, like ridiculous tight,
My room was a little down on its heels, a foul odor was emanating out of the sink,
More hookers were running around in the casino than I’ve ever seen before. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, they could do better.”
