“It was all ok. However some room for improvement. We chose a room with pentry to be able to do a bit of cooking ourselves. However, there was no oven, a lack of saucepans and notes with restrictions and the cost of the fire alarm went on. Which it according to one of the notes it did quite easily. Also, the cleaners changed towels in spite of us following the instructions to not change towels. Finally one of two lifts were out of order about two out of four days. In a building with 20...

“It was a very nice stay. The location, the view and the people I met made it a great experiance!”

“Felt a bit run down. Bathroom was tired”

“Allt var bra. ”

“Väldigt mycket att välja på till frukosten.”

“It was a pleasant stay, good rooms, good location (e.g close access to Darling Harbour), very nice and serviceminded staff”

“I had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with decent coffee, and I appreciated the shared facilities like the kitchen, water refill stations, and common areas, even if they were sometimes a bit messy. The gym was clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus. It was also convenient to have access to a laundry room and a terrace. However, my room was unfortunately not up to standard. It was very dirty upon arrival, with spider webs, hair, dust, and...

“Fantastic room with such a thoughtful and cute kids amenities, top level service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and speedy response when I had to contact them for lost item after check out. Incredible experience!”

“Good staff. When we booked late in on visit non refundable it says on the website that the pool is open until march 2026. After we have paid we’ve got a message that the pool was closed due to renovation..and we could not cancel..”

“Very good location. A bit of noise from the street and from the corridor. Breakfast was 3.5/5. Very busy between 9-10. They couldn't top up as fast as the food was taken. A lot of empty bowls. Staff was Very helpful. I do recommend.”
