“Good staff. When we booked late in on visit non refundable it says on the website that the pool is open until march 2026. After we have paid we’ve got a message that the pool was closed due to renovation..and we could not cancel..”

“The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!”
