“We just got back and thoroughly enjoyed the week we were there. The beach is beyond awesome, the staff is super friendly, the food was very good and the rooms were very nice. The check in was a bit slow and towels seemed to be hit or miss whether they took your old towels that were on the ground but didn't replace them, but when asked they got them to us, these were our only negatives. "Terrible staff, from the check in to the bars restaurant and pool. Arrogant rude lazy. All of them. Seems to be in the hotel culture, I have never experienced this anywhere else in the world and I travel a lot."

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
