“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person.
