“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“We love being downtown and near restaurants, the ferry, etc. And the staff were wonderful. But our fourth-floor window was dirty, making the view of the harbor not so fun. We struggled to get the luggage cards into the elevator bay and even into the room, because of doorway/floor level bumps. Everything else okay.”

MSS proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminal made it easy to leave our car at home. Would highly recommend this property.”

“I actually feel sorry for the girls that work at the desk here. This building is so poorly maintained that the lampshades were literally crumbling into dust in my room. The cigarette burns the animal odors, this is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life and I have stayed in a lot of places that were not good. When they moved me into the second room.
