“The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things.
The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken.
The key fob doesn’t work on the car park or front entrance, but fortunately does on the lift so we were able to find work arounds.

“Very good location, central to everything and quiet. Beautiful apartment. Had all the things we needed, laundry, dryer, kitchen equipment and very clean. Had a very warm and homely vibe. Car park could only fit a small car. Easy to communicate with management. ”

“The garden room at this house hotel is delightful. Tidy, well appointed with everything you need for an overnight stay.
The only challenge is the very steep driveway. I elected to park the car across the way in a public parking rather than attempt the road. They offer in street parking in a street behind. Also located on the very busy main thoroughfare in Lane Cove. ”
