“This is a really cool historic house. Beautiful wood throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Not necessarily the best place for mobility challenged guests as there are steps to navigate but it was just perfect for my family’s visit. ”

We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. “The property was in a great location for me, we were checked in with ease, and your front desk person was very helpful with our questions. The facility was clean and well maintained as we walked through. The room was updated and clean and overall plenty comfortable for us. We will be back again.”

“The room we booked was “ out of order “ I ended up in a smaller room that couldn’t fit my family. We were told Expedia would be refunded. When checking out and asking for my Expedia refund I was told the manager will call you in the morning. That’s all. Just to leave and then be charged 900 dollars on the card that I used for deposit for a tiny room that I did not ask for. Really bad business.”
