“Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳 Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity. Beautiful and relaxing place but far from Cabo so be ready to pay for...

“The hotel is very good overall, super clean, and the staff is super friendly. Great for families with children, very family-friendly. The all-inclusive system was the best I've ever experienced. The only downside was that I forgot to leave my wallet in the safe and $40 disappeared from it, but it was my fault for not putting it in the safe anyway.”

“Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. ”
