“The hotel was about 80% empty, yet they gave us a non view second floor (NO ELEVATOR) room that, get this, SHARED A DOOR WITH THE ROOM NEXT DOOR! We heard every word of their conversations, phone calls, Tv etc. and they were up at 5am making noise. All unnecessary if they spaced the guests out for adequate privacy. The front desk had no explanation except telling us that we got the second-rate room because we booked with Expedia. I said, “What difference should that make because THE INN...

“Bra hotell i utkanten av stan. Rummet var stort med eget badkar i rummet. Sköna sängar och bra frukostbuffé.”

“This is a 2 star hotel at most. ”

“Resort is definitely for lego fans, however I feel like it is overpriced. Food is awful thankfully there are good options nearby in town a quick ride. Our kids have a great time playing and they love lego but there is really not much to do there. Besides the play area in the lobby there is nothing else. We were there 2yr ago and it was better. Now the lobby only has duplo lego for little kids. They don’t give out minifigures for kids any more. If you want classes to build with a “master” it’s...

“Lite urval”

“Hotellet helt ok, rummet och sängarna var bra. Hotellet var ej så välbesökt, fanns ingen frukost som är ett stort minus som svensk bara en frukospåse, kaffe i receptionen. ”

“Whee place to stay, new, clean!”

“This is a great place. Very clean, great staff and nice food choices. Weekends it seems can be a little hectic (weddings) with parking and loud guests at night. Other than that fantastic place. Lots of great history.”

“Very new and clean hotel with good choice break fast.”

“Det enda som var rent var lakanen. Det fanns ingen frukost. Det fanns inga handdukar trots att vi bokade för ett par månader sedan. Vi fick typ tvättlappar. Det var trasiga lampskärmar och trasiga gardiner. Det pågick också renovering. ”

“The room seemed smaller than normal with a King size bed. There was only one desk chair for sitting which was inconvenient for having dinner for two in the room. The additional inconvenience was a community microwave and ice dispenser was located only on the first floor of the hotel. The available breakfast amenities and snacks were great choices”

“Skitigt, stopp i avlopp, slitet, otrevlig personal, inte ens tepåsar fans till sk frukost. Har aldrig nånsin bott på ett så uselt ställe efter 40 års resande över större delen av världen både privat och professionellt. ”

“Do stay at at the Hampton Inn in Middletown by. The juice machine didn’t work for 5days. The breakfast food was urine warm. The sausage patties were terrible. There were so many things wrong that I not going to list everything. I do know this that I will never stay there again. I would sleep in my truck first.”

“This hotel is just perfect, so clean and well organized. The beds are so comfy, room was spacious and the breakfast was good! The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly!”

“I can't fully express my disappointment with this hotel. The website said newly remodeled rooms and the only thing that we saw newer than 1970 was the flooring. We booked this stay for a black tie event at the (unfortunately, sold out) Thayer Hotel, and were so uncomfortable with the condition of this room and property, that we drove over two hours to go home rather than stay the night in this poor excuse for an inn.”
