“The house was just as described on the listing. Very clean, beautifully situated right on the lake and stocked with everything you could need. Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! “Great location for a West Point wedding. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Did not really need the car once we arrived. Clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds. Excellent all around.”

“Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. ”

“House was perfect for our 50th Anniversary family vacation! Plenty of bedrooms, amazing kitchen, loved the pool and hot tub. Grandkids and the dogs loved the lake - fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding - they did it all. We picked the perfect week for fires at night and looking for meteors. Host was very responsive to any questions and easy to communicate with.”

“Relaxing stay with plenty of room to enjoy some down time. In a neighborhood in a rural setting about 25 mins from West Point. Wonderful hosts that communicated specific directions so all was clear for arrival and departure. Would do it again.”

“Wow! Nice place right on the Lake. We’d come again!There was one issue with the Clothes Washing Machine. The front loader door and soap dispenser should ALWAYS be left open after use! The result of not following this rule of thumb is gross mold!The owner should be made aware that the front dockside cleat on the boat is loose and should be repaired ASAP.”
