“The hostel is above a very cute coffee cafe and is located close to the train station. I tried their coffee float which was pretty good. There are nearby shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance. The hostel met our needs for a place to sleep and a great location where we can just hop on a train to get to Shibuya crossing, Harujuku, and Shinjuku, among other places. “受付のスタッフの方は対応良かったです。 お部屋には机と冷蔵庫、テレビくらいしかありませんがシーツも綺麗で清潔感ありました。ハンガーやフックが少なくカバンや服をかけるところが無いのが少し不便でした。 部屋のドアを開けるとすぐに洗面所あるのは便利でした。 レンジや湯沸かしポットは1階の共有キッチンにあります。キッチンには食器もあります。使用後自分で洗って戻します。 テレビの使い方がちょっと難しいです。しかしテレビは特に重要ではないので気になりません。 ドライヤーや浴室の使用は時間が決まってるので注意が必要です。 お風呂はシャワーと浴槽が選べますが、浴槽はざらついてました。 しかし、浴槽を洗うブラシ類がなく、使用しませんでした。自由に使えるブラシや浴槽洗剤を置いて貰えるといいなと思います。”

“職員熱心友善，積極關懷住客需要，也主動幫忙推薦餐廳和區內設施。也會每天提示天氣，叮囑帶雨傘或是穿衣的資訊。感覺就像家庭一樣，很窩心也很溫暖。這裡大概是我遇過最親切最賓至如歸的酒店服務了！客房整潔舒適，公共空間也很舒適，整體滿分！十分推薦！下次還是想回來住宿呢！”

“We had an absolutely fantastic time at Nagomi! Hasune station is very close and we were able to explore both central Tokyo and the area around Hasune which had a very nice onsen. The best part, however, was the wonderful farewell dinner we attended on our last day! We hope to visit again in the future and would very much recommend Nagomi to anyone!”

“It’s very close to kitashinagawa and shinagawa station which means you can take any train easily. The bus stop is also very close. Family mart is literally in the neighbourhood, 7/11 is 3 min walk away, all most everything is walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s clean and good place. I would stay again.”

“Välskött hostel med god frukost att köpa. Rummen små, lite industrial chic. Notera att WC och duschar inte finns i rummet, utan på våningsplanet, men på ett plan finns så få rum att inget praktiskt problem.”

“I have no complaints about my stay here. The bed was super comfortable and it didn’t make any noise when moving around/going to the bathroom or alike. Also, the bar is a perfect place to meet new people, as it is a cafe, lunch place, bar with happy hour etc. The best thing was however the staff - so helpful and genuine.
