“We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area ”

“The beds were comfortable and it fit my family of 5 (grown kids) well. It was conveniently located near a station. Walkable neighborhood with access to convenient stores and restaurants. We stayed in December and it was cold. There were room heaters but it still was pretty cold in the house. Otherwise it worked well. Nothing glamorous but functional. Thanks for the nice stay. ”
